At Bia Jewel, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before making its way to you. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to absolutely love your Bia Jewel pieces. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Bia Jewel is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidental damage, or failure to follow our jewelry care recommendations.
